On Monday the 4th of September, the Pavia University History Museum will reopen after the summer closing.

The new opening hours will be as follows:

• Monday: 3 PM to 6 PM
• Tuesday: 3 PM to 6 PM
• Wednesday: 10 AM to 1 PM
• Thursday: closed
• Friday: 10 AM to 1 PM

Saturday and Sunday openings for the remaining months of 2023 are scheduled on:

• September 09-10, 23-24
• October 14-15, 28-29
• November 11-12, 25-26
• December 02-03

On these days the Museum will be open from 10 AM to 6 PM.

The temporary exhibition “Notes for a journey into the beauty of the human body” will be open until the 24th of September. The exhibition showcases some of the beautiful artwork preserved at our Museum that was crafted along the (mostly solitary) journey of discovery in which doctors and anatomists embarked, finding unexpected help from artists.

Many special events and activities (night openings, Escape Rooms, special tours, family day and more!) are also planned for Autumn 2023; news will appear on the website news feed and on social media. See you soon!
